Craig Soaries, DBA '03, has been appointed as an Associate Professor and Director of the Interdisciplinary Studies Program in the Harte Honors College at Stillman College. Craig has the task of creatively redesigning the IS Program to reflect the innovative and diverse nature of Stillman College while preparing students for a different world.
Ben Ofili, DBA '04, is the new Dean of the School of Business and Professional Studies at Upper Iowa University, Fayette, Iowa.
Ruth Bernstein, DM '11, received the Best Research Paper award from the Governance Section of ARNOVA for the following paper: Fredette, C. & Bernstein, R.S. (2021). Governance Effectiveness: The Interaction of Ethno-Racial Diversity and Social Capital. Nonprofit Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Vol. 50(4), 816-841.
Joann Farrell-Quinn, PhD '13, was named the Academic Director for a new education institute, TGH-USF People Development Institute (PDI), which is a joint venture she was involved in creating between USF and Tampa General Hospital.

LaVonne Slaton, PhD '18, received the Outstanding Educator in Post Secondary Education from the California Business Education Association. This award is presented for many years of contribution to student success through teaching, community service and dedication to program excellence.
Angel Lopez Mutuberria, DM '20, was accepted into the Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness PhD Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
John Schaffner, DBA '20, continues to teach at Ohio State University but he has also been asked to join Columbia University Teachers College's core facilitator team as a member of the coaching certification team with Dr. Terry Maltbia. Sean Andrews, DM '22, accepted a position with the Bank of OZK in Atlanta, GA as the Senior Vice President, Consumer Lending Product Manager.
Carl Watson, DBA '23, has joined Nike’s HR Executive Team as the VP of Organization Effectiveness.
